The Lessons of Change

I embrace times of change, ready to rise to the divine process. The divine would only offer experiences that enhance and enrich my life. Each change brings a possibility for betterment and a new expression for my creative self expression. The seasons of life bring continuous change. With every change comes a source of inspiration, allowing fresh ideas to enter the mind and making what seems ordinary, extraordinary. A broader outlook on life fuels me with a new force of energy, enlarges my thinking and releases an unrealized limitless potential.

Anything IS possible and any experience can be changed by changing my thought. I am an important part of the Universe and I choose to actively participate as a co-creator in its harmonious order. A non-resistant attitude grounds me in faith and empowers my belief in a Power greater than any external condition or negative appearance. The genius of the Almighty has implanted within me all the power and intelligence necessary to be its channel for successful expression and achievement.

I know that the power of this word, as the action of the Law of God, is causing right and perfect change for my greater good in ways that I cannot see. There is a supreme essence of goodness within me that flows through everything I think, say and do, that is changeless and secure.

Opportunities

There is one presence, one power, one life, God, infinite good. I am at one with this all-knowing presence and power. Because there is no separation between what created me and me, I have all the qualities of God’s perfection–body, mind and spirit. I am health, love, beauty, joy, peace, courage and embody all God-ordained qualities.

When life offers unexpected opportunities that appear overwhelming, it is to stir up the gifts within me, so that I may have a greater understanding of truth and discover the limitless potential that I am. Nothing is given to me that I can’t handle with absolute certainty, courage and trust.

I am grateful for invincible faith and the ever-increasing strength and determination to forge ahead, in spite of all appearances. I know the power of this word now goes forth and manifests for the greater good and well being of all. Right action is the only action taking place. I live in an atmosphere of affirmative expectancy, knowing that all is well everywhere.

With gratitude, I release this word of truth knowing, believing and accepting that its right and perfect work is done, and so it is!

Enjoy Each Moment

I live in the newness of every moment. There are no past thoughts and no future thoughts. This present moment is not influenced by the past, nor is it subject to the illusion of future time.

By abiding in the consciousness of the Divine Presence in this present moment, all of my experiences are rich with love, joy and harmony. I am empowered from on high and every intention is divine and every decision is clear and sustained by right action.

I have peace of mind by staying fully present in the moment. This recognition automatically activates an ever-increasing good in my life. I am grateful for the embodiment of this truth right here, right now and always. I give thanks for the blessing of this perfect moment, this perfect day and this perfect demonstration, and so it is!

I Am the Consciousness of Complete Success

I am the consciousness of complete success producing the right and perfect results in every area of my life. The creative power within me sees to it that my relationships are centered in harmony, love and understanding. I am aligned with the prospering power of love surrounding me at all times. I am healthy and filled with vitality. Every service I perform is done with love and integrity.

There are no undesirable circumstances in my world. Everyone with whom I work prospers. I rise in consciousness so that I am only susceptible to positive, affirmative and constructive energy. I am surrounded by creative intelligence, which receives the direct impress of my thought and acts upon it. This intelligence powerfully impacts my thoughts, feelings and imagination as an activity of God.

There is unity between the inner world of spirit and the outer world of form. The seen and unseen have merged and my vision is complete and fully expressed. I rejoice and give thanks for the acceptance of this truth and I now claim it as my reality. I let it be, and so it is!

Now What? – January 31, 2016

At the Science of Mind Spiritual Center Los Angeles, you will hear relevant messages, by Rev. Pam MacGregor, that you can apply to everyday life.

I wish you abundant blessings in the New Year! As we welcome in 2016, let us begin with gratitude for all the opportunities we had for personal growth throughout the previous year, and open our hearts to those that we will greet in this New Year. What a joy it is to launch 2016 together, celebrating the Spirit and one another. Our theme for the month of January is, “Unleashing the Power Within.”

The topic on January 31, 2016, was Now What? As the Zen proverb goes, “After enlightenment, the laundry,” which is to say that after we listen and read and study we go on performing our daily responsibilities, knowing that we are accompanied by a Presence that adds delight to the simplest of actions. Spiritual practice isn’t a way of life where practicality is subservient to otherworldliness. Our purpose is to awaken to who we truly are and live in a way that invites wisdom.

I Stay Focused

I stay focused on the projects and opportunities that I am creating and any opposition is unthinkable and impossible. I am so convinced of the fulfillment of my idea that every individual I attract fortifies and strengthens my conviction into a greater expression of my authority.

I am about the Father’s business and by means of this commitment I always see and hear “yes!” I choose to live my vision therefore, I persist until I have sufficiently demonstrated. An idea held steadily in mind attracts the necessary conditions for its fulfillment. I rejoice and give thanks for this completed demonstration, I let it be, and so it is!

How to Use It – January 24, 2016

At the Science of Mind Spiritual Center Los Angeles, you will hear relevant messages, by Rev. Pam MacGregor, that you can apply to everyday life.

I wish you abundant blessings in the New Year! The topic on January 24, 2016, was How to Use It. Science of Mind and Spiritual Mind Treatment is not a belief system, it is a systemized, scientific practice that proves itself by being practiced. Through taming the mind’s chatterbox syndrome, we can begin to think thoughts and feel feelings that reveal the Higher Self and its empowerment of demonstration. This empowerment is within us all, and our practice is to self-empower it into everyday, practical expression.

What Would Happen…?

What would happen
if you removed the word ‘anxious’
and just paid attention
to these flickering sensations in the belly?

What would happen
if you took away the concept ‘lonely’
and simply became fascinated
with this heavy feeling in the heart area?

What would happen
if you deleted the image ‘sick’ or ‘broken’ or ‘bad’
and just got curious about
the tightness in the throat
the pressure in the head
the ache in the shoulders?

What would happen
if you stopped looking for solutions
and checked to see
if there was actually a problem?

Come out of the exhausting storyline, friend.
It’s not true. It was never true.
Commit sacred attention to a single moment.
Come closer to yourself.
Bring warmth to the tender places.

It’s never as bad as you think.
And always, always more alive.

What It Does – January 17, 2016

At the Science of Mind Spiritual Center Los Angeles, you will hear relevant messages, by Rev. Pam MacGregor, that you can apply to everyday life.

The topic on January 17, 2016, was What It Does. “We are surrounded by and immersed in a perfect life; a complete, normal, happy, sane, harmonious and peaceful existence. But only as much of this life as we embody will actually become ours to use.” It is this embodiment that constitutes our spiritual practice. In other words, metabolizing into the core of our consciousness that we are worthy of the divine inheritance Spirit has given us: our inherent capacity to operate universal law.
