How to Access Your Happiness Potential – September 8, 2019

As the Dalai Lama wisely reminds us, “Happiness is the highest form of health and is determined more by one’s state of mind than by external events.” There it is, plain and simple, leaving us no wiggle room for not taking responsibility for our individual happiness. There’s paradox present too, for even in the midst of some situational unhappiness, with a shift of the mind—without bypass or denial—we can restore our happiness. If you’re ready to find out how, listen each week as we explore our September theme, “Living from a Heart of Happiness.”

The topic on September 8, 2019, was How to Access Your Happiness Potential. Happiness is about making a conscious decision to be grateful to be walking the planet as an individualized expression of Spirit with guaranteed access to happiness. How? Through the inner stillness of meditation, Spiritual Mind Treatment, introspection, accessing the constant flow of intuitive inner guidance from Spirit and applying it in everyday life.

The Art of Happiness Is an Inside Job – September 1, 2019

As the Dalai Lama wisely reminds us, “Happiness is the highest form of health and is determined more by one’s state of mind than by external events.” There it is, plain and simple, leaving us no wiggle room for not taking responsibility for our individual happiness. There’s paradox present too, for even in the midst of some situational unhappiness, with a shift of the mind—without bypass or denial—we can restore our happiness. If you’re ready to find out how, listen each week as we explore our September theme, “Living from a Heart of Happiness.”

The topic on September 1, 2019, was The Art of Happiness Is an Inside Job. Stress. Who among us does not seek to be happy? After all, it’s encoded in our neurons as part of our birthright. The obstacle is the outer conditions we insist must exist before we allow ourselves to be happy. Happiness organically emerges from within us when we move from life’s outer surface to the Core Self and commune directly with Spirit, the very Source and Supply of our happiness.

Think About Your Thinking – July 7, 2019

Loving greetings and may your lives glow with the luminous light of Spirit as we celebrate the fourth of July and all the inner and outer freedoms with which we have been blessed. This week, in an honest, open-minded approach, we will explore the depths of thinking, thoughts, and the thinker. I think you’ll like it!

You: A One-of-a-Kind Expression of Spirit – June 30, 2019

Isn’t it interesting how, when something is marketed as “one-of-a-kind,” its value rises? And yet, when we are reminded that each of us is a one-of-a-kind expression of Spirit, our individual market value can remain, well, rather flat? The truth is, we oftentimes lack the faith or trust in ourselves as the unique, individualized reflection of Spirit that we are. And that’s why our theme for the month of June is “Planting Seeds of Faith.” And it doesn’t stop there, because together we will learn how we may nurture and blossom those seeds, just as the Master Gardner intended when It implanted them within us.

The topic on June 30, 2019, was You: A One-of-a-Kind Expression of Spirit. Do you wonder how many times you’ll have to hear over and over again that “You are a perfect, whole and complete expression in the Mind of God”—before this absolute truth about you is never again placed before the tribunal of your consciousness? Today we will explore why and how you can walk hand-in-hand in harmonious friendship with your spiritual and human nature.
