Where There is Hatred Let Me Sow Love – April 12, 2020

As we celebrate Easter and Passover holidays, they will no doubt be etched in our collective memory as being the most unforgettably unique in our cultural, familial, and spiritual history. While members of the world’s spiritual communities will be gathering together online rather than in person, let us be mindful of the truth that there is no distance between souls. This is the very basis of our trust in why we need not be in one another’s physical presence for spiritual mind treatment to manifest, for the energy of loving-kindness and compassion to embrace and uplift our global family.

It is in this spirit that I invite you to tune into our virtual community—via podcast or on our website—each Sunday as we connect heartfully to this month’s theme, “I Am Your Instrument,” and allow spiritual principle and practice to stir our hearts and move us into a peaceful state of intent and faith.

The topic on April 12, 2020, was Where There is Hatred Let Me Sow Love. Simply hearing, saying, or reading the words “hatred” and “love” have an immediate energetic influence upon us. The good news is that hatred can never override love as the essence of our being. Our part, especially at this time, is to keep before us these words of Dr. Holmes: “Love is the very energy of our existence, for each of us has emerged out of Spirit’s Divine Love.”

Poised for Evolutionary Progress – March 29, 2020

How uplifting it is that there are books, movies, and records of heroes (and, at last, heroines!) who discover magnificent treasures. Each of us is a potential hero/heroine fully equipped to journey deep into the cavern of our own being and find more of our true creative power.

This month’s theme is “Poised for Progress.” Each week we will embark on a courageous adventure into our own consciousness and, with open joyful hearts, greet the infinite self that is balanced, composed and self-assured.

The topic on March 29, 2020, was Poised for Evolutionary Progress. Our level of awareness of what it takes to live a mindful, awake life grounded in the laws governing the universe forms the causes that create the conditions that appear in our lives. When we take responsibility for inwardly poising ourselves to evolve spiritually, we simultaneously impact the everyday aspects of what it means to be “a spiritual being having a human experience.”

Why Self-Worth Determines Demonstration – February 23, 2020

Historically, human beings began sharing valentine messages in the 1500s, and the first Valentine’s Day card was commercially printed in the USA in the mid-1800s. Truth be told, the original message of Love took place when Spirit imprinted itself upon our hearts the moment we came into existence. This Love is a promise etched in forever, and is unconditionally ours.

Our inner spirit is calling us to activate this nourishing Love, to saturate ourselves in its qualities of compassion, tenderness, gratitude to be who we are just as we are in our perfect imperfection. Accepting this invitation is for the brave-hearted, and to support us in doing so our theme of the month is, “The Proven Power of Tenderheartedness.”

The topic on February 23, 2020, was Why Self-Worth Determines Demonstration. We’re all familiar with “self” words—self-acceptance, self-confidence, etc. Yet it is our faith in our self-worth as an individualized expression of Spirit that supersedes all the others. Our spiritual mind treatment is founded in this principle, and today we’ll dive deeply into its daily application.

The topic on February 9, 2020, was The Potency of Patience. We’ve all heard the adage that “patience is a virtue,” and most commonly respond to it with an impatient sigh! Yet the truth is, there is what I call an “aha effect” when we directly experience patience as a quality that is at the heart of living and loving fully.
