Identify What Isn’t Working and Celebrate What Is – October 28, 2018

When we come together as a spiritual family, what a joy it is to observe the effects our collective friendship has upon one another. As our tradition of celebrating Friendship Month continues, I want to express my gratitude for how the friendship we share blesses my life, and all the more so because it is a bond we share in the Spirit.

Our theme for the month of October is The Spiritual Art of Success, based on Jack Canfield’s empowering book, The Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be.

The topic on October 28, 2018, was Identify What Isn’t Working and Celebrate What Is. Identifying habitual mindsets and heart-sets that aren’t working in our lives leads us to a more successful life. Why? Because doing so offers us the opportunity to release them and evolve into the next level of our spiritual unfoldment. So I suggest celebrating these discoveries as true inner victories and let the evolution in consciousness begin! Are you ready?

The Naked Truth about Success – October 21, 2018

When we come together as a spiritual family, what a joy it is to observe the effects our collective friendship has upon one another. The topic on October 21, 2018, was The Naked Truth about Success. Many of us have been conditioned by society to measure success by outer material possessions. We can even manipulate our spiritual practice into one of spiritual materialism by believing that demonstrating outer riches is a validation of being “spiritually evolved.” Authentic success, however, is found in the qualities of inner contentment, compassion, and communion with Spirit.

Energy: Spirit’s Connective Tissue – September 30, 2018

Each of us is a divine time traveler. Just as seasons change, so do we experience inner seasonal changes as we move through our life’s journey measured by this thing called “time.” One human measurement of time is referred to as past, present, and future, whereas Spirit’s measurement is timeless time. Our September theme, “The Perfection in This Very Moment,” embraces both, as you will see each week when we delve into the importance of being intimate and honest during our moment-by-moment inner and outer journey.

The topic on September 30, 2018, was Energy: Spirit’s Connective Tissue. Spirit’s energy enlivens your being. It is the connective tissue that unites you with Source, with the cosmos and all other beings. It is the co-creative energy that has been implanted within you and sets in motion the fulfillment of your dreams. The present holds the future, and as we practice being present in the moment, our dreams fulfill themselves according to the Cosmic Clock.

The Pathway to Grace – August 26, 2018

The theme this month is The Pathway to Presence. Now in case you paused at the word “presence,” let me explain my deliberate choice of that word. When we’re present to the Presence, it expresses through us as self-empowerment, clarity, enlightening-up, and grace—which we’ll walk through together each week on the pathway to a deeper connection to Spirit and Self.

The topic on August 26, 2018, was The Pathway to Grace. There are many gifts on our path, and Spirit’s Grace is chief among them. It’s not difficult to look back over our lives and realize that something bigger than ourselves was in charge. That “something” is Spirit’s Grace, which frequently shows up as synchronicity. Let us gently and gratefully step on the pathway to Grace and realize the limitless affection of our Creator Source.

The Pathway to Enlightening-Up – August 19, 2018

The theme this month is The Pathway to Presence. Now in case you paused at the word “presence,” let me explain my deliberate choice of that word. When we’re present to the Presence, it expresses through us as self-empowerment, clarity, enlightening-up, and grace—which we’ll walk through together each week on the pathway to a deeper connection to Spirit and Self.

The topic on August 19, 2018, was The Pathway to Enlightening-Up. In one of his last sermons, Dr. Ernest Holmes said, “I do not even take myself seriously, but I take what I am doing seriously.” If we’re honest, most of us will admit that at times we also take ourselves too seriously. So I suggest practicing a new commandment: Thou shalt lighten up. Then we can enlighten-up through a lighter heart and spirit.
