It is with great joy that the Science of Mind Spiritual Center Los Angeles Board of Directors and Practitioners join me in wishing you all the blessings of the season. We very much look forward to sharing this sacred month with you as we explore our theme of the month, “Embracing the Spirit of Christmas.” Whether you celebrate Christmas, Chanukah or Kwanzaa, may you and your dear ones be filled with the true inner and outer Spirit of the holidays.

The topic on December 24, 2017, was Embracing and Sharing Your Gifts. The story of the little drummer boy has become a timeless Christmas Carol, and for good reason. Captured within its lyrics is the message that, just like that little drummer boy, each of us has been born to embrace and deliver our gifts on the planet. Spirit delights in every single one of us, and this line from the carol offers us a reminder of that truth, “Then he smiled at me…,” and so it is that Spirit is unconditionally smiling upon us each and every day that we walk the planet.
