At the Science of Mind Spiritual Center Los Angeles, you will hear relevant messages, by Rev. Pam MacGregor, that you can apply to everyday life.
How beautiful it is that an entire day out of the year is set aside for the deliberate purpose of giving thanks for the inflow of Spirit’s limitless blessings in our lives. Thanksgiving is composed of two words: thanks, and giving. I invite us to respond to this call of action every day by sharing our innate compassion, loving kindness and service in the world. And let us begin now, as each week we explore our theme, Thankful, Grateful, Blessed.
The topic on November 27, 2016, was Appreciative for the Vibrancy of Health. There is a wise Yiddish adage advising us that “If we thanked God for all the good in our lives there wouldn’t be time to weep over the bad.” Even in the midst of that which has the appearance of “bad,”-caused by a sense of being separate from the Whole-let us choose to stand in the power of prayer and reveal the innate Wholeness that can never be hurt, harmed or taken from us under any circumstances.
