What Am I Practicing? – April 19, 2026
May boundless blessings be with you and your loved ones during April’s sacred celebration of Easter and Passover. Metaphysically, Passover represents inner mental freedom, a passing over from thinking that enslaves us, to the freedom of spiritual awareness. Easter celebrates resurrection as the renewal of life, an entry into a new dimension of being that is available to us in every moment. Please join us each Sunday when our theme will be, “The Elements of Inner and Outer Renewal.”
The April 19, 2026 topic is What Am I Practicing? It is wise, in the midst of the activities of an ordinary day, to ask ourselves, “What am I practicing?” Since no moment is outside of our spiritual practice, we can check in on the contents of our thoughts and actions and ask, “Does this thought/action support my intention to live in a consciousness of inner freedom, wholeness, generosity, compassion, in knowing that Spirit is my sufficiency?”
