Feeling “That Feeling” – March 30, 2025

As we approach the Spring season of renewal, let us come together as a spiritual family united in a spirit of gratitude for the vastness of the gift of life, remembering, as Ecclesiastes 3:1 teaches, “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”

Do you feel, as I do, that there is an energetic frequency in the air super-sensitizing our feelings, revealing what needs to be healed for the benefit of our individual and collective spiritual progress? My suggestion is that we accept this rich invitation, that we open our hearts to its healing and liberating gifts. The Alchemy of Gratitude – March 23, 2025

Gratitude is a state of consciousness of deep, humble awareness of all the gifts–from the most simple to the most opulent–that surround and infuse us. This is the alchemy of gratitude that opens us to receiving the gifts Spirit continuously pours into our lives. Then all moments are seen as blessings, as teachings transmitted directly to us from their Source.

During times of uncertainty, when what seems to be a seismic shift in the values we cherish appear to be threatened, let us remember that each of our hearts has all that is needed to shine with love, compassion, trust, and strength. This week let us join together and tend to our hearts by honoring the guidance in Proverbs 17:22: “A merry heart doeth good like medicine.”
