Staying on Course by Changing Our Direction

Loving greetings and welcome to the beauty and rejuvenation of Spring, which I consider an invitation to each of us to blossom our spiritual essence. And that’s why our theme throughout March is “Staying on Course by Changing Our Direction.” As we aspire to spiritually evolve, we can get thrown off course by the daunting challenges that inevitably appear in life. By changing the direction of our mind, we redirect our intention and attention back to our true priorities. Our spiritual practices accelerate, empowering us to uproot fear with faith and uncertainty with peace of heart. Let’s get started!

Peace and richest blessings always,
Rev. Pam

Sunday Topics:

March 03   Turning Confusion into Clarity – Rev. Pam
We know we have entered a path that turns confusion into clarity when we begin to unify and commune with Spirit’s perfection at the core of our Being. As the Buddha reminds us, “When you realize how perfect everything is, you will tilt your head back and laugh at the sky.” Today, let us joyfully walk together as Spirit’s cosmic smile leads the way to realizing our soul’s perfection.

March 10   Only Change is Changeless – Rev. Pam
A vital aspect of spiritual maturity is making friends with life’s all-encompassing nature of change. As wobbly as change can cause us to feel, let us be encouraged by these profound words of Dr. Ernest Holmes: “Change is always taking place within that which is Changeless.” May each of us realize that without change we could not become intimate with the Changeless Self living within us..

March 17   Making Peace with Ourselves – Rev. Pam
It could be said that our mind is like a television with limitless networks available at the press of a remote, including our beliefs both true and false about ourselves, others, the world, our Creator Source. Our work is to consciously tune into the network of spiritual practice that reveals the sacred essence of our True Self, where the inner battles end and inner peace prevails.

March 24   Is Your Faith Well-placed, or Misplaced? – Rev. Pam
Despite the appearances of global upheaval—including politics, the economy, racism, gender, global warming, war, violence, greed—our most effective defense against overwhelm is our faith. The question is: In what? Let us place our faith in the reliable intelligence of Spirit, in knowing that its infinite, omnipresent love and laws governing the universe prevail. Without exception.

March 31   The Wonder of Being – Rev. Pam
As spiritual beings having a human experience, our purpose is to fully express the individualized embodiment of our Creator Source that each of us is. The most powerful tool for fulfilling this purpose is not a belief system; it is to provide tangible evidence of this truth through direct and intimate communion with Spirit through prayer, meditation, contemplation, and action.
