New Ideas Bring New Opportunities

New ideas inspire me and new thoughts bring new opportunities to my world of expression. Each idea is complete with the right and perfect plan for its successful fulfillment. My intention and attention are focused on new ventures and new experiences. My God given opportunities are abundant and cannot be denied. Every talent, skill and ability is recognized by the one creative mind and is fully and adequately equipped with right action and right release of expression.

Everything that has taken place in my past has prepared me for the present. Infinite mind abundantly supplies me with fresh new ideas to motivate and prosper me. This is a new day, a new time over flowing with new and limitless possibilities and opportunities for my larger expression. I am continuously meeting new and larger experiences that support and empower my God-identity. I am joyously established in successful living.

Today, I am entering a new beginning. I walk through the doorway of opportunity with absolute assurance that divine intelligence is guiding me in everything I think, say and do. I accept this Truth and celebrate the richness of its right and perfect expression now. In gratitude, I let it be so, and so it is!

Happy New YOU!!

Faith and Doubt: A Symbiotic Relationship – December 27, 2015

At the Science of Mind Spiritual Center Los Angeles, you will hear relevant messages, by Rev. Pam MacGregor, that you can apply to everyday life. This month’s theme is Unwrapping the Inner Gifts of the Season.

How beautiful it is that underneath all the gifts, gatherings with loved ones, banquets and celebrations of the holiday season, there beats a heart of love, of givingness. For no matter what the holidays we celebrate are named, each one of them is an opportunity to let Spirit love others through us, to smile through us, and extend a hand of generosity and friendship through us. Listen to this month’s talks as we celebrate the holyday season.

The topic on December 27, 2015, was Faith and Doubt: A Symbiotic Relationship. Sometimes we feel guilty when we lack faith in the outcome of a situation or inwardly shake with fear as we await a doctor’s diagnosis. The truth is, this seeming lack of faith doesn’t literally come from our Self, but rather from the fearful ego that sees itself as being separate from the Whole. Our true Self has no vocabulary for doubt, fear, lack, limitation or separation, so it never has to practice faith. But wise are we to train the ego in the ways of trust. And how better to do so than to stand in the face of challenges, shaking away, knowing the trusting Self has our back!

A Christmas Letter

Let these beautiful words of Ernest Holmes wash over you and remind you of the very special gift you are! Wishing you and yours a holiday season filled with an abundance of love, peace and joy!

A CHRISTMAS LETTER from Ernest Homes

Christmas is for remembrance. The love manifested through our gifts to each other typifies the offer of Life and the givingness of Spirit to Its creations. The hands of the eternal are outstretched through our hands, and the heart of the Infinite beats in the human breast. But the giver must give of himself, for, “the gift without the giver is bare.”

It is not, then, in lavish gifts that we find true giving, but in the sweet simplicity of remembrance, in the kindly thought, the tolerant mind and the gentle act. Love alone can give love, sympathy alone can sympathize and only goodness can really do or be good.

The one who gives for reward does not give at all; he seeks to bargain; to trade for spiritual gifts; hence, he senses a loss in his own giving and finds no completion through the act. But, he who gives “half his meat” to the hungry feels justified and is warmed by a real sense of comradeship. He has established an actual unity between himself and other offspring of Creation.

Great causes succeed when there is a giving of humanity to humanity. With the check must come the one who wrote it, his interest, his enthusiasm, his love. The check must be a symbol of his desire to impart of himself-then shall it multiply its benefits and do good. Charity is cold-but love is warm. When heart speaks to heart a divine conversation has taken place, a heavenly discourse.

Each of us has something to give. Let each see that he gives of his best. If we are bringing our gifts to the alter of love, nothing less than the best will be acceptable; nothing less than all is enough.

May the real spirit of Christmas-the giving of the self to life, enter and abide in you now and through all times.

Birthing Unconditional Love in the Cradle of Consciousness – December 20, 2015

The topic on December 20, 2015, was Birthing Unconditional Love in the Cradle of Consciousness. As we prepare to honor the story of the birth of Jesus, there is perhaps no greater expression of our profound respect and love for his teachings than to walk in his footsteps of birthing unconditional love in the cradle of our consciousness. Love is the very fabric of Spirit out of which we have been made. It is the radiant energy of aliveness at the core of our being, and Spirit is waiting for our “yes” to letting ourselves be held in this love here and now. Out of this Divine Love we begin to experience a healthy form of self-love, of opening our hearts to ourselves, which provides the most powerful basis of all for loving others.

I Accept Perfect Health

I am one with the one. This infinite presence, power and mind are my rock of ages. I am the full expression of optimum health. My body functions as a living temple that is endowed with radiant energy, perfect balance and eternal life. I am free from all belief in, or thought of, dis-ease or disorder. God is not sick and I am God-being in expression, therefore, I am unified with, and sustained by this truth. Every tissue, cell and organ of my body is doing its perfect work.

My right thinking purifies any opposition to truth. The truth always demonstrates itself as wholeness. Divine body is life giving and forever flows through me as vitality, nourishing and sustaining me with the pure and perfect light of spirit. I am energized with freedom, faith and harmony. I am calm and at peace with the world. My healthy thinking makes me immune to negative appearances or physical symptoms. The loving Presence of Spirit protects me in all my ways. I accept perfect health as my divine heritage. All is well. I am perfect, whole and complete. I give thanks that is so, and so it is!

The Three Arrivals of Grace – December 13, 2015

At the Science of Mind Spiritual Center Los Angeles, you will hear relevant messages, by Rev. Pam MacGregor, that you can apply to everyday life. This month’s theme is Unwrapping the Inner Gifts of the Season.

How beautiful it is that underneath all the gifts, gatherings with loved ones, banquets and celebrations of the holiday season, there beats a heart of love, of givingness. Listen to this month’s talks as we celebrate the holyday season.

The topic on December 13, 2015, was The Three Arrivals of Grace. “Grace is the givingness of Spirit to Its Creation,” Ernest Holmes wrote. Just as the three wise men delivered their individual gifts of grace to the baby Jesus, so are there three ways in which Spirit’s grace touches down into the saga of our lives and participates in our evolutionary progress: The grace that led us to our spiritual path; the grace that expands our consciousness through our spiritual practices; the continuous grace that shows us the light when we cannot find it for ourselves.

My Life Is Divinely Guided By Right Action

My mind is continually impressed with images of right action. Everything in my life is controlled by love, harmony and wisdom. I have a clear, clean mind and heart that blesses and prospers me and all of humankind. Any thought or feeling that is in opposition to the truth of my being is released and totally dissolved this very moment.

The all-knowing intelligence that is within me, directs all of my actions into constructive channels of self-expression. All of my endeavors are now in positive motion. Any false claims or old negative habit patterns are eliminated and sent back to the native nothingness from whence they came. Any seeming delay or barrier to my greater good is eliminated from my consciousness. I expect all my good now.

I accept the truth that the spiritual idea of my true success, the divine plan for me, is right where I am, in the mind of my God-self. This self knows itself to be a unique expression of Spirit. It knows its true worth and acts upon it. This self is who and what I am. There is now complete unity between the inner world of Spirit and the outer world of form. The seen and the unseen have merged into an active partnership. My life is divinely guided by right action. I give thanks for this truth, I let it be, and so it is!

“Tis the season to be jolly…” Or Is It? – December 6, 2015

The topic on December 6, 2015, was “Tis the season to be jolly…” Or Is It?. As a society, we relate to the holidays as a joyous time, and yet the “holiday blues” are quite common. Perhaps for some the holidays mark the anniversary of a sad event such as having lost a significant loved one or beloved pet. As an upbeat spiritual community that emphasizes the benefits of optimism, we may feel the need to hide our sadness so as not to impact the joy of others. This holiday season, let us give ourselves the gift of honoring the full spectrum of our emotions, knowing that our inner light shines its loving kindness and wisdom within and upon us unconditionally.

I Am Firmly Established in Principle

I am firmly established in principle. My mind is quiet and my heart is opened and receptive to the truth of my God-Being. In the eyes of God-Mind, I am perfect.

I am grateful that I can hear the still small voice of truth that guides me clearly with its wisdom. Any desire or need to judge or criticize myself in destructive ways, is now completely nullified and no longer a part of my consciousness. I serve one master and trust in that guidance to direct my every thought, word and deed. I retreat from the noise of the world and commune with my indwelling spirit where I am immersed in peace and love.

“The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.” Perfect peace fills me with thoughts of harmonious joy so that each endeavor is accomplished with enthusiasm, efficiently and successfully. I am a divine center of being, free from the past and quickened to this glorious moment of now. I am rich with ideas that enhance my greatest potential to express and experience all that I am. My life is filled with over-flowing goodness, fulfillment and satisfaction in every area. I accept this word as law.

I give thanks and release this, believing with absolute conviction and joyous expectancy that this completed demonstration is my reality right now, and so it is!

Feeling “That Feeling” – November 29, 2015

At the Science of Mind Spiritual Center Los Angeles, you will hear relevant messages, by Rev. Pam MacGregor, that you can apply to everyday life.

As we approach the holiday season, let’s prepare by choosing gratitude for the gift of our life and our commitment to explore its depths. The truth is, Spirit wastes no opportunity to awaken us through the full spectrum of all that occurs in our lives. There is nothing, no experience or feeling through which Spirit isn’t speaking directly to our hearts, revealing to us the next step in our spiritual evolutionary progress.

Do you feel, as I do, that there is an energetic frequency in the air around holiday times that seems to super-sensitize our feelings, that brings up yet to be healed and forgiven circumstances in our lives? Let’s take advantage of this rich gift and open our hearts in receptivity to these deep, liberating gifts. Join us as we explore the theme of the month, “Exploring the Frontiers of Consciousness” and welcome our transfiguration in body, mind, and spirit.

The topic on November 29, 2015, was Feeling “That Feeling”. We all share the quest for “That Feeling.” Our day’s actions are motivated by our yearning for “That Feeling” that life is on our side supporting us, guiding us as we purposely fulfill our life’s purpose. And that is why Ernest Holmes emphasizes the importance of feeling the truth in the words of our affirmations, of our prayers. So tell me, are you ready to elevate your feelings and welcome “That Feeling?”
